OTR Repair Templates

These templates match our OTR patches so that you can create the perfect buffing area every time. These templates take the guesswork out of buffing; thus making it easier to install the repair.

Tech OTR templates provide a guide for buffing the inner liner and placement of the repair unit. The center opening is used for placement, and as a guide for shifting the repair unit for shoulder and sidewall repairs. Notches on the ends of the templates are used for centering and alignment of the repair unit. OTR templates are 1” longer than the repair unit it on all sides to provide a guide for inner liner removal.
