PLT & Retread Repair Templates

Our rubberized templates help technicians outline the exact area on a tire that needs to be buffed or skived before applying a repair unit. They prevent over-buffing and ensure proper adhesion. These templates match our patches for the proper fit.

Repair Templates have centering lines for proper placement and alignment. The center opening is used for placement, and as a guide for shifting the repair unit for shoulder and sidewall repairs. Repair Templates are ½” larger than the associated repair unit to allow for proper placement of the repair on the buffed surface.
